Once was never enough to be a part of sharing with needy children through World Vision Foundation of Thailand and giving happiness to the fans, Ping Lumprapleng then showed street performance again at the 19thChinese New Year – Phuket Old Town Festival during February 21-23.
As always, the festival crowded with lots of people who spent their time together enjoyed eating delicious Phuket local food and impressed with the beautiful culture of the past. Some visitors were enjoyable with all smiles on their faces during watching a street show performance by Ping Lamprapleng.
Others were at their happiest as they reveled in the joy of sharing to the impoverished children by dropping their kind contributions into World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT) donation boxes. The fund will be spent on improving the education and living conditions of families in need.
The volunteer activities of Phuket Wittayalai School have transferred from one generation to another. Special praises go to a group of Phuket Wittayalai School students who volunteered to sing, bringing absolute joy to the visitors and to those holding the donation boxes.
WVFT expresses sincere thanks to the Community of Phuket Old Town and the Phuket City Municipality in providing the space for the street show of Ping Lumprapleng. WVFT also extends its gratitude to the Palms Resort Kamala Beach as well as the Memory at On On Hotel in courtesy of providing accommodation to Ping Lamprapleng and Bangkok Airways in supporting Bangkok-Phuket air tickets.
