It is the 5th year of the campaign which has been carried out consecutively. “Let’s Walk by Shokubutsu For Men” is one good activity for wellness lovers to help impoverished children through World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT). This year “Let’s Walk by Shokubutsu For Men” mission has been executed under the concept of “The Heart Walk”. Every 7,000 steps accumulated in “Let’s Walk by Shokubutsu For Men” application translates to the donation of 1 meal of breakfast. The campaign was officially launched in March 2018 in “Shokubutsu For Men Mini-marathon” at Chatuchak Park, which joined by Nadech Kugimiya, the presenter of Shokubutsu For Men shower cream, and Dr Bunjongsek Supsopha, WVFT’s Marketing and Fund Raising Group Director, as the guests of honour.
Today the mission “Let's Walk by Shokubutsu For Men, The Heart Walk” has already been accomplished. Sweat from all people joining their walk in the mission has added up to 20,000 meals of breakfast for poor kids, totally valued 400,000 baht. Recently, Ms Pornnalin Mongkolkul, Product Manager of Shokubutsu For Men, Lion Corporation (Thailand) Limited, the distributer of Shokubutsu Monogatari shower products, has handed over the breakfast donation from this mission to WVFT for the support of the Breakfast for Kids Project. Dr Bunjongsek Supsopha, Marketing and Fund Raising Group Director, has represented World Vision Foundation of Thailand to receive the donation at Lion Corporation, Rama III road, Bangkok.
In this occasion, WVFT has presented the plaque of honour to Lion Corporation as a continuing supporter for nutrition and quality of life improvement of impoverished children in collaboration with WVFT for 5 consecutive years.
