When disaster struck the South, homes disappeared beneath the floodwaters, and families were forced to evacuate urgently. Hope and stability were put to the test. Yet in the midst of crisis, the response team of World Vision Foundation of Thailand stood united with one resolve:
“We will do everything we can to help.”
World Vision Foundation of Thailand’s staff and volunteers did not just visit to assess needs—they rolled up their sleeves and stepped into the kitchen. Some grabbed pestles, others picked up spatulas. The rhythmic pounding of chillies and garlic blended with soft laughter, even amid exhaustion. Everyone gave their best to prepare warm meals for children and families affected by the floods. Because we know that food is not just to satisfy hunger—it is the strength that helps people move forward.
Behind every plate of food lies strong collaboration. World Vision Foundation of Thailand worked hand in hand with local churches—Songkhla Baptist Church and Sangangam Church Hat Yai —to secure essential ingredients such as rice, canned fish, and eggs, ensuring food supplies for the days ahead. This partnership does not just create meals but restores confidence for families facing uncertainty.
Every donation and every helping hand is like wind beneath the wings, lifting southern communities to stand strong once again. In times when everything seems bleak, small acts of kindness from many hands become a light that makes everyone believe that “we will get through this together.”
World Vision Foundation of Thailand extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of this hope. What you do not only eases hardship but also heals hearts, bringing back the courage to face tomorrow.
