On March 6, 2025 , Ms. Rosalin Kowae, Director of the World Vision Foundation of Thailand, welcomed Dr. Nipon Nachin, CEO and Founder of AlphaSec Co., Ltd., an organization specializing in cyber security, to join in congratulating and presenting a plaque and a PCI DSS 4.0.1 certification certificate to the World Vision Foundation of Thailand.
PCI DSS, or Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, is an international standard that certifies the security of credit card information and payment systems. World Vision Thailand’s achievement of this certification is a testament to its compliance with stringent security criteria, which include 12 main requirements, such as:
- Building and maintaining secure networks and systems
- Protecting account data
- Managing vulnerability management programs
- Implementing strong access control measures
- Regularly monitoring and testing networks
- Maintaining information security policies
It is with great pride that World Vision Foundation of Thailand is the first country in Asia for World Vision International to receive this accreditation, reflecting our commitment to enhancing donor data security and moving towards a steadfast digital transformation.
